Pierre Simon

PIERRE SIMON (1808 - 1881) moved to Paris in 1838 to join the workshop of Dominique Peccatte. He was hired by Vuillaume in 1840 and set up his own business in 1844. The quality of his work has made him one of the greatest masters of the 19th Century. This bow is a fine example of the master's work.
